Websites of the day: new social media sites!

If you’re over Facebook, Tumblr and Twitter, you’ll be happy to know that there are tons more social networks out there that you can join. Here’s a list of some lesser-known faves:

Path – Path is a “micronetwork” (meaning super small version of Facebook) that keeps you connected to a limit of 150 people, which allows you to interact more with the people you really want to interact with. 

Edmodo – This is a networking site for teachers to interact with their students, by helping them with projects, emailing students directly, and even uploading assignments and projects or quiz info.  

Nextdoor – Nextdoor is the ultimate community bulletin board where you can interact with your neighbors and update them on things like block parties, missing pets and all other neighbor-worthy news.
