Researchers have found that going on a health kick may actually reverse the aging process at a cellular level. The University of California team says it has found the first evidence a strict regime of exercise, diet and meditation can have such an effect.
In other words, exercising and eating more vegetables can actually undo a lot of the damage you caused by being an unhealthy slob when you were younger.
