Foods That are Healtheir Than You Think

Here’s a rundown of some foods that you should make a part of your diet now because they’re actually healthier than you think:
  • Spaghetti and Meatballs – The ground beef has iron and protein, the tomato sauce gives you antioxidants, and the pasta gives you energy. As long as you limit yourself to three ounces of meat and a cup of whole-wheat pasta, you’re in good shape.
      
  • Peanut Butter – While peanut butter does contain fat, you’re also getting protein, fiber, and vitamin E.
