Billy Currington has been indicted by a grand jury in Georgia on charges of "terroristic threats" and abuse of an elderly man. The indictment stems from an April 15th incident involving Charles Harvey Farrell of Effingham County. Currington was reportedly on his boat in the waters near Tybee Island and became involved in a confrontation with Farrell on a nearby dock.
