According to a new British study, beer doesn’t make you fat. Not only that, the scientists confirmed – once again – that beer has certain nutritional benefits such as vitamins, fiber and antioxidants.
Lead researcher Kathryn O’Sullivan explains, “Beer drinking has become regarded by many as a vice and not a component of a healthy balanced lifestyle. But this is contrary to the latest scientific evidence.”
So, tip back a cold frosty without fear that it’s going straight to your gut.
