We live in an age where there is no such thing as over-sharing. People will say just about anything on Twitter and Facebook without giving it a second thought.

That said, here are a couple things you may want to consider keeping to yourself:

Talking about how much you hate your job/boss – You never know who they’re friends with or if they follow you on Twitter.

Bashing an ex – It might feel good at the time, but airing your dirty e-laundry NEVER results in anything good.

Where you are at every given moment – Stalkers are real. And you literally could NOT make it easier for them when you post where you are online.

Researchers found that five friends and colleagues are enough to take care of all your social needs.
They actually broke things down into different categories of friends, which include:
1. the person we can tell our problems to
2. the person who gives us emotional support
3. the person we can turn to for financial advice
4. the person we can turn to for advice about life situations
5. the person we can turn to for advice in the workplace
