Starting January 7 on Tuesdays for 2025, I will begin a new year-long series, The 50 Songs Of The New Century.  In January the 21st century turns 25, and we will look back on 50 Country songs that have been the most impactful, or important, or tone setting, or simply the best songs Country has to offer so far this century.

This has been a fun list to compile and we can look back on some songs that are still with us, and some that have faded away, but still made a difference at their time.  Some of the artists too, it’ll be a real good time. The time frame will be from 2000 – Today.  

We will count down from from fifty to number one again, and it all starts Tuesday, January 7 with song #50
