It’s that time of year that you just want to bundle up and do some streaming, at least it is for me and my husband! It sometimes feels like we have watched everything of interest to us, but once in a while Netflix (or whatever streaming service we happen to be on) says, hey based on what you’ve watched, you may like this. So, over the weekend we watched a documentary called “Norman’s Rare Guitars”. I should preface that I don’t play the guitar, nor do I own any, my husband does, but it didn’t matter, this was such a good watch! I had no idea that this mom and pop guitar shop was a mecca for so many famous musicians and how the business of buying and selling rare guitars is actually big business. And Norman! What a wonderful man. I love how he shines a spotlight on all musicians who come in to play his guitars, famous or not, and how giving he is to his community.
If you’re looking for something to watch and you haven’t watched this one yet, put it on your list!
I also went to Norman’s Rare Guitars youtube channel to subscribe, because hey, I may see the next big star on this channel, and I saw that Norman just did a fundraiser a few days ago in conjunction with Miranda Lambert’s MuttNation!
