This number one song from 2008 is the sheer definition of the Forgotten Jukebox. It was number one for a week, then fell to number two, then went back to number one. That virtually never happens. Jimmy Wayne had some success in the early 2000’s. This was the only number one of his career. But in fairness, he had a following and some decent momentum behind him for a few years. But fairness is not synonymous with the music biz, and this was the zenith of his career. Let’s remember this very big song.
