I like eggs. I mean, I am not obsessed with them or anything. But at weekend breakfast time either at home or if we are eating out somewhere, it’s always a “egg” breakfast for me and not a “carby one.” for me. Poached is my fav, I also like omelets, and scrambled. BUT sometimes I like a real special kind of egg dish, and here are two of them.
