Dolly Parton will star in the film adaptation of her novel Run, Rose, Run, which she co-wrote with novelist James Patterson. The movie will be produced by Reese Witherspoon’s company, Hello Sunshine.
Run, Rose, Run is about a young woman who goes to Nashville to pursue her dream of country music, but a secret she’s been keeping may destroy her career.
