Meet 15 pound Piper!
Yep, another pint-sized pup found on the streets of Akron. Like all dogs, Piper would not have fared well had she encountered a moving car. Being on the small side, she has less of a chance of avoiding an ill fate than a larger pup. Be it a car or a predictor.
Piper is a wire-hair terrier of some sort. We are guessing some kind of designer breed? Who knows??? What we do know is Piper is extra adorable and deserves a loving home that will keep her safe and secure for the rest of her life. Keep in mind… Terriers are ornery and can be quite mischievous.
Thought to be about two years of age, Piper shows a lot of enthusiasm for life. Energetic and fun, she will bring a lot of entertainment to her next home.
Because she is a wire-hair terrier, she would be considered hypoallergenic and extra good in a home that has concerns about shedding and allergies. Did we mention cute? This adorable pup has all the looks. Check out those ears!
Life can be difficult, and very unfair, for domestic animals😔. The shelter offers no life for orphaned dogs and cats. Pets residing in a shelter are there through no fault of their own. After all, at some point, all dogs and cats once resided in the home of an owner. Pet ownership is a serious commitment. Dogs and cats are feeling beings with emotions and intellect. Handled casually, selfless pets become a casualty. Let’s change their fate … ADOPT, DON’T SHOP!
