The ZBB is an interesting player in country. They’ve had great success with us, but have also found footing in other musical arenas and formats. BUT this song is apologetically country as they teamed up with superstar Alan Jackson for this gem of a song. This song did many things. It established ZBB as a real country contender, it gave a new life to Jackson introducing him to newer fans, it went #1, it went Platinum, and won a Grammy. It was an incredible decision to have the new school, meet the older school. This is flat out good. A well written, well produced, well thought out song that fans loved. A flawless arrangement and some really slick harmonies. This is one of the real diamonds of this newer century and will stand the test of time.
