I hope you had a wonderful weekend! On Friday night, my older brother and I took my mom out to dinner for her birthday. 

She chose to go to Alfredo’s at the Inn in Mayfield. She has eaten there several times with her ski club friends.

It was delicious! She had Chicken Parmigiana, my brother got the Eggplant Parmigiana, and I had the Lasagna Al Forno. It was a great way to spend a Friday evening with family celebrating my mom’s birthday.
