As a song, this may be a surprise for some to be on this list. But the reason is simple to me.
Scott Wynn
Scott Wynn is a Northeast Ohio native and a 45-year morning show host, coming to WQMX 24 years ago. Scott is a 3-time National Award Winning Radio Personality, including a CMA (Country Music Association) in 1997, and a CRB (Country Radio Broadcasters) in 2013 both for Broadcast Personality Of The Year. In addition, he is 19-time National Award Radio Nominee.
Scott has a long, strong and consistent ratings history, with a terrific track record of hosting very successful morning shows at big country stations around the country. He also promotes country music with many ongoing written articles on country music with various series on WQMX.com.
Scott also has a great record of success for national and local on-air endorsements, fueled by a strong passion for live and local radio, coupled with a caring commitment to clients. He also deeply embraces a real and honest connection to listeners, and events understanding that’s where all great shows and stations begin. Scott is an easily accessible fixture at Blossom Music Center and at Major Country concerts plus many large, local charity events. Scott has a long term association with the local Habitat For Humanity, Goodwill Industries, NEOPAT, American Heart Association, and many other local charitable organizations.
