Sam Hunt is back at #1...

Maddie and Tae's Tae Dye and fiance, songwriter Josh Kerr, are married!
They both shared photos of the big day on Instagram, but the groom chose a sweet caption saying: "My wife, my forever, my best friend."

Congratulations to Sam Hunt as his single "Kinfolks" is at the top of the Mediabase chart- his first #1 since 2017.
Sam says about the song, “For me, it’s my hometown, it’s my grandmothers, all my cousins, we have a big family and always got together around the holidays, so it’s just home really for the most part.”
This is the first single from Sam's next album Southside due out April 3rd.

It is a big day! Tomorrow is Ash Wednesday and then we enter the Lenten season. Fish on Fridays and such. 40 days til Easter.

With all that said, today is about the indulgence and if I am being honest- another reason and or excuse to wear head gear! I have a few, yes a few, appropriate pieces for Mardi Gras. As I went looking for them in my bag of head gear I saw this gem. I totally forgot I bought this one over the summer- on sale of course! It was like I was surprised all over again!

Frankie said on Instagram,  "My soul is on fire with love."

Shay Mooney of Dan + Shay and his wife Hannah welcomed their second child, Ames Alexander over the weekend. He joins big brother Asher.

Many workers across the country are willing to give up raises, vacation,and snacks – if they can bring their dogs to the office.

I say it a lot. This is a non peep show. I am not a fan of Peeps. Those marshmallow treats covered in fiberglass candy spray. Nope. Not today or ever. They belong in the trash. I don't like the chicks, the bunnies. I don't like them stale or fresh. I like them in the trash. Ew.

And, they are everywhere! Not just at Easter time. Christmas time, Halloween. All. The. Time. All the flavors. Each year they come out with more flavors that sound more disgusting than just your normal run of the mill Peeps. This year they have Hot Tamale Peeps, Raspberry and someone called the other day and said at Christmas time there are Candy Cane flavored Peeps. STOP the Peep madness! Ew. Ew. EW!

I will say I enjoy looking at them. The pink, blue, yellow and purple Peeps are cute. If you enjoy them- good for you, but all this Peep overload is getting out of hand. Peeps coffee creamer, Peep Slurpees, Peeps cereal, Peeps Pancakes, Peeps everywhere and then all the new flavors. I know, I should probably talk to someone about my Peep issues. Ha!
