Love This One!

You know everyday at 3:25ish... I have your "Throwback Song of The Day"...

I always get asked the rules.  The only rule is that it has to be over 5 years old with a sweet spot of late 80's and 90's Country...

Some are just refreshers... others haven't been heard in quite sometime.

Today was a favorite of mine...

Girl kicks him to the curb and he falls in a bottle.  So much so that everything has a nice shine on it, and looks good... Bar fights, girls really all his inhibitions are gone.  He better live it up tonight because the pain of losin her and the hangover set in tomorrow...  The music video features Elle King's Daddy, Rob Schneider from SNL also featured is Jungle Jack Hanna...   The song reached #10 on the Hot Country Chart....  The lead single off "That's Life" album in 2005.  Here is Neal McCoy - "Billy's Got HIs Beer Goggles On", The Throwback Song of The Day on 94.9 WQMX.

Baby Fever

Some folks may have caught that Alexa Bliss from the WWE out of Columbus has been missing in action from the ring.
Thoughts were that she was going to be placed in a storyline with "The Fiend" Bray Wyatt and reprise an old character role.

There seems to be a smaller reason that will be a big reason for the wrassler to be missing in-ring action...  Congrats!!!

Hot Country Knights

We all know Lainey Wilson was at The Dusty in early '23...

Dierks opens up the Summer '23 Blossom Concert Season on June 3rd...

But their alter-ego's Doug Douglason and Darla McFarland have joined forces for something that could be pretty "Big".

You can get the full run down of what to expect from the new Hot Country Knights Album by Clicking Here.

Reminds me of Hot Country Knights previous song Asphalt.  Definitely sticks with a theme that fits Darla.

Wrasslin' Wednesday

Saturday Afternoon at 1pm is The 2023 WWE Night of Champions Premium Live Event from the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. Being in the middle of the afternoon is weird that is why I am getting this out earlier than normal Wrasslin' Wednesday.

If you are betting just remember this is how I think it will go.  I have been wrong many times before and will be wrong many more times.  These are just mine thoughts...

The Final in the Tournament for The New WWE World Heavyweight Title:  Seth Rollins will pick up gold vs. AJ Styles.  (would not be surprised to see Logan Paul pop up somehow some way.)

WWE Tag Team Titles Match:  The Bloodline is crumbling...  Barring a turn from KO yeah, I said it... or Sami being in The Bloodline still?  I think KO and Sami Zayn retain the titles.  Roman Reigns has not been pinned in like 3 or 4 years.  I think Solo Sikoa gets pinned but it is caused by The USO's.  This will set up a interesting Jey vs Roman in the near future like Summer Slam maybe.

WWE Intercontinental Championship Match: Mustafa Ali you think would be a winner he is getting a push.  But Gunther has Imperial and has held the belt for a long time.   Think Gunther uses his help to seal the win.

Raw Women's Championship Match:  Bianca Belair retains...  Iyo Sky should have beat Bianca if anyone was going to in the match in the Domincan Republic.

Smackdown Women's Championship Match:  Rhea Ripley deserves to keep the title over Natalya.  The only way Rhea doesn't win is if Dom steps in and screws up and Mami and DomDom go solo....

Brock Lesnar vs. Cody Rhodes:  Cody is on a nice run.  Not sure who wants him to fail but Brock Lesnar is going to try to stop that run.   Although Cody is up early and dealing with it.  Doesn't look like it is happening anytime soon.  Even if he would drop this one,

Becky Lynch vs. WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus: This one could get ugly!  The Man, Becky Lynch should send Trish Stratus packin for home.

Again these are just my opinions.  You never know who will show up, interfere or change to a heel.  Remember if you gamble!  Bet with your wallet, not with your hearts.
