This is Blue.  If you are wondering, that sure is a baby gate at the top of the stairs that he bull rushes and tries to get by...

Blue is definitely a character at the age of 16.  He is a bit of a mix every dog imaginable and our whole family revolves around him.

Thought it was funny earlier this week there was a survey released:

The Survey said 74% of dog owners consider the family dog the main character of their family.  That is Blue!

--84% consider their dog a child...  That is Blue!

--41% said they would rather cut their own expenses than have their dog go without...  That is Blue!

If you have a Blue in your family give them a treat for me!  And get ready for National Dog Day this Monday!

 So many opportunities at Stark State College and StarkState.edu.

SO out at my Ticket Stop at Village Discount Outlet in Cuyahoga Falls last week, there was a line.  
Loved seeing everyone!  When you are out, you need to be ready for questions.  

Who sings that song? Who is your favorite artist?  When is this artist coming to town?  I love it...

Sometimes I have answers - Most times, I don't..  and the answers I have - not promising they will be great.

Enter - Deborah, she was there early she caught me in the aisles taking pictures. She asked "Ben what would you change about country music?" 

Honestly, I have never been asked "what I would change before"...  After a second, off the top of my head, I had to answer a good question right?

1. "I would put a Ric Flair - Whooooo in Lainey Wilson's New Song "Hang Tight Honey" and make it a featuring Ric Flair".

2. "I would've put the Munchkin's (Lollipop Kids) from Wizard of Oz as the chorus of "Try That In A Small Town"...

3. "I would only have 4 release dates for new songs to make the chart an actual day 1 song to song race. Releases on January 15th, April 15th, July 15, October 15th...  You can't release songs any other time of the year...  A song that is 30 weeks old should not be up against a song that is 4 weeks old in my opinion, it's apples to oranges."

Deborah looked at me like I was insane... Then she said "I meant do you like the new music sound or would you like an older 90's country sound for today's music?"

I replied, "Wow you must think I am crazy."   I really didn't know what to say after that...  It was like the diner scene in Tommy Boy... 

I did clear it up that Zach Top and some of the newer artists have a 90's sound... But I like it all..  I may not like one artist's style on one song but someone else does. Usually the next song by that artist sounds different, which I may enjoy.  It's a creative process everything has moving parts...  But I would definitley put some more fiddle and steel in it if I could.

Deborah was great we talked a while longer.  I was still really *embarrassed*...   Just proof great questions, don't always get great answers...

I'm not much of a make-up wearer...

But let's face it from the voice, music, style, flare... Dolly has it goin' on!  Looks like she is getting into the make-up game.

I know the Olympics have wrapped.  (I thought they were longer!) 

Cheers and congrats to all the athletes and Medal Winner's!   

I did not watch much because I didn't have power but the highlights I caught, the Australian Break Dancing Athlete was my favorite. 

I have 2 left feet and couldn't do any better.  

I give it to her for trying and putting in the effort.  She said she didn't think she could win so she did her original moves.  That is commendable.

People are trolling her because she wore her countries colors and a shirt with indigenious animals on the sleeve.  The Olympics are about representing your country.

I don't want to throw shade at a person who qualified for a Global Athletic Competition.

I have a Fantasy Football Team which is competitive between all my armchair quarterback friends.  But that doesn't count! 

I am glad it went viral and glad Australia is getting some light shined on it because of break dancing.

The fact she did the kangaroo and the sprinkler come on those are classic moves, well worth a couple of points.

And cheers to her for letting loose..  Think maybe line-dancing should be added in LA Olympics in 2028 since breaking isn't??

Enshrinement Week, Hall of Fame Game and The Concert For Legends are in the books...

Well the scene is set for the Wrasslin' Event of The Summer 'SummerSlam'.  Cleveland will be rockin' Saturday Night as the millions, and millions are watching around the world.  Browns Stadium hosts the event and the host of the show is The Miz!  The 2x Grandslam Champ will also be at a Cricket Event 5130 Pearl Road in Cleveland on Saturday from 9-11a.  

There are various events offered like Sami Zayn's Comedy Show at The Agora on Friday Night.  
Friday Night Smackdown at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse.
Damian Priest and The Undertaker have events at The Agora on Saturday Afternoon.  
Cody Rhodes will be part of a charity event stuff boxes for those in need on Saturday also.

The Card:
WWE Championship: Cody Rhodes vs Solo Solos
For the Tribal Chief to be taken seriously he needs to start winning a match.  He may win this one with help, but I don't think Cody will lose the strap.  I am Cody over Solo all the way.

Works Heavy Weight Championship:
Damian Priest vs Gunther
Damian has served the title well... I can see Judgement Day turn on him when he loses the belt to Gunther and it may even be their interfering that costs Damian gold.  Gunther is setting up for a run of some sort.

Women's World Championship:
Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley
They say Mami is always on top...but she hasn't done much being on the shelf with injury.  The belt could obviously go Rhea's way and she deserves it.  But for Liv to take everything from Ripley she needs to beat her.  Dom maybe the reason for the win or the loss... Rhea wins but Liv winning could ultimately be the better result in the long run.  (Wouldn't be surprised if we see a familiar face return surrounding this one...)

Intercontinental Championship:
Sami Zayn vs Bron Breakker
Sami is a fan favorite as a champ it makes sense.  But Breakker is lacking wins.  For the push I say Breakker wins and Sami becomes the underdog which he is always great at..

U.S. Championship:
Logan Paul vs LA Knight
Logan Paul says he has a surprise guest being from Westlake and the Event is at Browns Stadium it is going to be a Browns Player, JellyRoll or The King Jerry Lawler... but who knows.  LA Knight I hope wins, YEAH!!!   But unless the special guest is a Prime Croney then Logan will retain.  

Women's Championship:
Bayley vs Nia Jax
This one I wished was Bayley but have a feeling Nia Jax and Rhea Ripley are on a crash course towards each other.  Could see The Man, Tiffy Time and a number of others show up for this one....

CM Punk vs Drew McIntyre with Seth Rollins as ref:
Finally, Punk and McIntyre get in the ring 6 months of bickering leads to this.   McIntyre deserves the win after losing in Scotland when. He had the 1, 2,....  oh yeah Punk ruined that.  Again McIntyre should win but his bad guy side is the push now and CM Punk needs a win because what has he done.  This would set up for a future but Rollins would be next up and probably weigh in on the decision.

The Wyatt Sicks have to show-up for something? Right?  Maybe to take out The Miz?  I don't see them fitting anywhere else unless Alexa Bliss returns for one of the Women's Matches but all the effort of making this a thing... They have to show up....  

Remember these are just my thoughts no real expertise goes into this.  Enjoy the PLE Saturday Night from Browns Stadium if you are going...  (I am jealous). Enjoy it and make Cleveland Shine!!!
