Officials in the State of Ohio are reminding motorists to be a little extra cautious this month as the number of deer related accidents is usually at its highest in November.  In 2018 there were nearly 3800 collisions reported on Ohio roadways.

Is this the 'Pups' year? Will the Tigers Take it again?

The most storied rivalry in High School Football will continue this Saturday, November 2nd at Tom Benson Hall of Fame Stadium when the Canton McKinley Bulldogs will try to best the Massillon Tigers as they face off for the 130th time.

The Tigers have gotten the better of the Pups the last few years, and have been playing great football again this year, but Canton has the Home Field and wants to turn the tide and take home the trophy Saturday.

It may be a rough commute in and out of areas of Downtown Akron this morning

A Water Main break will cause delays in the area of High Street, Between Market St. and Mill St.

High Street will have restrictions while crews repair the issue, and there will be no Westbound access on Mill Street until repairs are finished.

The 7 story tall basket shaped building that was once the Longaberger Basket Co. World HQ in Newark will be repurposed as a "Luxury Hotel" according to a tweet this past Monday from State Senator Jay Hottinger, R-Newark.

Construction on the new project is slated to start next year and be completed in 2022 with a total of 150 rooms and other amenities.

Local Police in Sandusky are saying that the amount of traffic rolling into Cedar Point this past weekend that forced the Park to close its gates and turn away guests on Saturday, was an anomaly.

Cedar Point attests the crowds were likely due to the popularity of the Halloween themed "HalloWeekends" combined with nice weather and perhaps the desire of people to get their hands on the 150th Anniversary Gold Pass.

While they did help some guests find accomodations, as well as recommend that some come back on Sunday, Cedar Point will work, on an individual basis, with other guests that were turned away and will be unable to make it back by this weekend's final days of operation.

Call it a Random Act of Kindness or just a nice, Patriotic gesture, a Fedex Delivery person in Ashland, Ohio is making the National news rounds for just that.

Jackie Szabo, who has a son in the military, saw the man on her security camera leave her package and then began messing with the pillows on her front porch bench.  When she realized what he was doing it made her day: He was putting the 'Stars' pillow, in front of the 'Stripes' pillow so the US flag that they represent would display properly.

The video has over 2 Million views since it was posted and Szabo has been contacted by numerous national news outlets about the couriers affinity for straightening up outdoor decor.
