I enjoyed getting to quickly meet many of you while I was handing out the t-shirts. We had a wonderful turnout to raise money to fight Breast Cancer!

I woke up this morning and felt a little chilly. Then, I looked at the forecast for overnight tonight and wasn't thrilled with what I saw. So I did what I felt I had to do - before I left for work today, I turned the furnace on for the first time this season.

We are into that time of year where you may want it on overnight and then may be able to turn it off and open the house back up in the afternoon...as may be the case tomorrow. We will see then.

Bottom line is - gotta keep me and the furchild warm!

Saturday night, I went along with our weekend/fill in guy Tristan Sanchez to see one of my favorite comics - Matteo Lane. He performed at the Palace Theater at Playhouse Square.

MAN WAS IT BUSY IN DOWNTOWN CLEVELAND THAT NIGHT! First, the Guardians were playing the Astros at Progressive Field, there was a Twenty One Pilots concert at Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse, and every theater at Plyhouse Square had an event. Not only that, I think they all started within maybe 90 minutes of eachother! Traffic and parking was difficult!

Anyway, we both really enjoyed the show and then went for something to eat afterward at a 24 hour restaurant on the West Side. I had fun spending a night out doing something rather than spending that time falling asleep in my recliner with the cat on my lap! haha
