I don’t know about you, but for most of the Summer I have had to continually water the flowers and plants in my yard because of lack of rain. What seems to continually happen this year is I hear we’re going to get rain…but it breaks up and goes around us, or dries up before it reaches my house.

Today was a very different story. It has been a bit of a different story lately as we are FINALLY starting to see some more rain. Just as I was getting ready to leave for work this afternoon is when the tornado warnings started to come in. Eventually, the heavy rain hit my house which my plants and I were very happy for! It also took me about an extra 10-15 minutes to make it into work due to slower traffic with the heavy rain. 

Hopefully your plants were able to partake in the rain and you did not lose power!
