Pav’s Creamy released their limited edition Lawson’s Chip Dip Ice Cream yesterday. They were nice enough to drop off a few pints to the station house.

I was skeptical like many of you- chip dip ice cream, ew. I grew up on Lawson’s. I love chip dip and who needs chip dip ice cream when you have chip dip.

Ok, so the key here is you must eat this ice cream with chips. Pav’s is nice enough to provide Gold’n Krisp chips with the Lawson’s Chip Dip ice cream. You scoop that chip in and let me tell you- it is delicious.

It starts with a sweet, ice cream flavor, then you get the chip dip flavor with the salty chip and it everything I never knew I needed and I could not stop eating it!
