I took Friday and Monday off because I had to make a road trip down to the house in Tennessee. It was time to take down Christmas decorations and see to a couple other matters as well.

A stop at the family’s vacation house is NEVER without some fun too! Saturday there was GORGEOUS!!! There was sun, there was clouds, there was a breeze, and the temps were between 75 and 80! My mom and I took advantage and played 72 holes of miniature golf! I was able to wear short sleeves and shorts – which was such a nice change from hoodies and gloves, and we stopped for ice cream.

This is a picture of what my mom ordered (so therefore my order was mute as I had to help devour this massive dessert). This is from Mad Dog’s Creamery and is called Ice Cream Nachos. It’s broken up pieces of waffle cone, your choice of ice cream, whipped cream, and sprinkles!!! It was A LOT to eat, but we did finish it! It was awesome.

I highly suggest it!
