Tuesday  (03-14) is National Pi Day. If you remember from school, Pi is 3.1415927. HOWEVER, most people take the opportunity to celebrate the day with the more appetizing pie.

My favorite is a pie from Hartville Kitchen. A good Peanut Butter/Chocolate Cream (or just Chocolate Cream). I also like Apple, and can go with a good Banana Cream as well. Whatever your favorite may be, enjoy Pi Day with a delicious slice of your favorite flavor of pie! Tell them Eric Matthews said to do it 😉
