Today is Sloppy Joe Day, or as my mom calls the- Untidy Josephs!

This is one of my go to meals. Always a win at home. We were talking about weird food combinations the other day on air. Fries and milkshakes, Ranch and everything, Cottage cheese and fruit/veggies, stuff like that and someone text in to try cottage cheese with Sloppy Joes. Challenge accepted!

I went home that night, got out the Manwich and tried it. It was delicious. The boldness of the Sloppy Joe with the cool cottage cheese- small curd please- was a perfect combo. It is comparable to topping your BBQ sandwiches with cole slaw. Very nice.

So it can be said that if you are fan of both cottage cheese and Sloppy Joes- this is worth a try and right now, I am up for trying new things ;) Enjoy!
