Sarah Kay Cooks: Pistachio Pesto

Pistachio Pesto:
1/8 cup of shelled pistachios
1/8 cup of Parmesan
3 pinches of salt
2 cups of basil
1 cup of olive oil
1 glove of garlic (optional)
Couple squeeze of lemon juice (or squeeze in ½ of a lemon)

Put in a blender on medium and enjoy!
