Ingredients
Chicken (1-2 breasts)
1 onion, diced
1 tablespoon sesame oil
2 teaspoons minced fresh garlic
¼ cup less sodium soy sauce
1 (14-16 ounce) bag coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)
Instructions
Cook the chicken in a skillet. Remove, cut up and save for later.
Add diced onion, sesame oil. Cook, stirring, for a few more minutes (until onion is tender).
Add garlic, soy sauce, and coleslaw mix, to the skillet. Cook, stirring, for about 5-7 more minutes, or until cabbage is wilted.
Add in the chicken toward then end to mix in and heat up.
