Written by
It popped up in my memories yesterday that the Warren and I got engaged at Christmas 11 years ago! He decided to take a wife- 11 years ago! Oh, the memories! He was waiting for me at the door at my parents house. I had just worked a shift here at WQMX, as I was still part time. He asked, it was super sweet, I said yes, and the Warren quickly disappeared! Haha! From December…

Christmas Cabbage Rolls!

Written by
Christmas is my favorite holiday for many reasons. One of those reasons is the food. Yes, the cookies, but the real reason is the cabbage rolls. My mother's famous cabbage rolls. She only makes them at Christmas because they are quite the undertaking. She buys 8 to 10 heads of cabbage, boils them, makes the meat concoction- which I am clueless about, then starts rolling. There is also this magic tomato based sauce she bathes…

Written by

The Warren likes tons of peppers and hot things, yadda yadda. I start with about 3 pounds of ground beef, brown it up. In a huge pot, I add some hot and spicy V8, add…
