Looking for something to do this weekend. This site is an incredible reference to find all the parades, memorial services, concerts and more.
The events are divided by counties all over NEO. Take a look and enjoy your 3 day weekend if you get it and remember why we get it. Be safe too ;)
Cucumbers are my jam. It is easy for me to say that not a day goes by that I don't eat a cuke slice or two. They are a huge part of my new diet. They are delicious and quite nutritious. You can have a cup of cucumbers and consume zero calories and just 2 carbs. To me that is nothing. Nothing! There's no sugar, no fat, almost zero sodium, so I eat all the cucumbers with ZERO guilt.
They are good for hydration because they are full of water. Apparently they are good for your bone health because they are full of vitamin K. They help with heart health, digestion and oh yeah- weight loss!
Now, I know what you are thinking- just cucumbers. Hmmmm. They are liveable alone, but cukes are the most dippable rounds around! Veggie dip yes, but with my new low carb lifestyle you can use them with salsa, queso, guacamole, hummus, anything and again-guilt free.
You will always find cucumbers in my fridge and they are my go to side.

Jon releases the first single and title track, "Heartache Medication," from his upcoming album in June. The Heartache Medication album will drop on September 27th, and Jon adds, "There are really no sad songs on this record. It covers a range of subjects, but it is ultimately about moving on and having a good time."
Then on October 1st, Jon kicks off the Heartache Medication tour in Nashville with back-to-back shows at the Ryman Auditorium.
Kelsea Ballerini is in the early stages of working on her third album, but this summer, she wants to try some new things.
She says, "I have a couple of months this summer to really hook in and figure out what it's going to be, what the heart of it is and what it's going to say. But we have, I think, the first couple of singles ready to go and I'm really excited."
Kelsea's latest single, "Miss Me More," is from her 2017 Unapologetically album.

Garth Brooks is everything. He is a true entertainer. A showman. A really nice guy.
More than 75,000 people showed up to see him in Pittsburgh on Saturday night. The sold out show made history. He told the crowd it was not only the largest event of any type- sporting event, game, concert in the history of stadium, but it became the biggest ticketed event in the city’s history.
I was lucky enough to attend the show and it was incredible. Garth Brooks is one of those performers that gets it. He plays all the hits and he is excited to be performing. His energy is contagious and you don’t want the show to every end. For me, he is an artist like no other. I put him in an entirely different category. He gets is own category. His own galaxy if you will. He is just Garth Brooks.
Garth gets it. He gives us as fans what we want, what we have loved for decades- him. He has 2 more stadium dates on the books with more promised and I have to believe he will return to Ohio. When? No clue, but he will be back and we will won’t want to miss that dance.
It's Rescue Dog Day!
