Meat. Good! Beans. Good! Chili. SO GOOD!

Written by
This time of the year calls for a bowl of chili. The Warren, my husband, loves making chili. I love chili. That is where our similarities stop. He likes adding habanero peppers, jalapenos, lots of veggies and minimal beans. I am a simple gal. I like tons of beans and meat with the hint of spice. That's it. A few nights back, he was gearing up to make some chili. I batted my eyes and…

NEOPAT Gala- A Decade of Excellence

Every year NEOPAT (Northeast Ohio Foundation for Patriotism) hosts a big Gala in which they honor local military veterans and their families. This is something they do all year round, but on this night they honor a few in particular. It may be a fallen solider, a WWII veteran and of course their families. On Saturday, I was proud to represent WQMX at their 10th annual Gala. This event is always one of my favorite…

Written by
I had the privlege of staying at the Villas at Gervasi Vineyards over the weekend for my birthday celebrations. To say this place is a first class operation is not saying enough. We- the Warren, my sister and brother-in-law, stayed in the Sorrento Villa and it was incredible. The place is beautiful, the rooms, the common areas amazing. If you have been to the Bistro, the Crush House, the Still House you know that Gervasi…
Justin Moore brought his Late Nights and Locknecks tour to the Wolstein Center in Cleveland on Saturday night with Tracy Lawrence, Lainey Wilson and newcomer Heath Sanders. It was a fabulous night full of great country music. The newcomers Lainey and Heath did a great job opening the show and they promised a night that would be “historic.” They did not lie. Tracy Lawrence is just as smooth as he was when he first started.…
