Look, I don't really care for the sleep police, the food police, and people in general that try to tell us how to live. But, you do read a ton about coffee. Much of the news about coffee is very good and how it can be beneficial for your health. I suppose if you drank a 5 gallon drum of it every day, that better decisions could be made there.
But, this article is pretty interesting and eye opening to a degree. I drink coffee of course, and my body tells me when it's time to maybe do something else.
