This past weekend was a busy one for me…yet fun at the same time.

On Saturday, I went with my mom to the drive-in movies. This was the 1st time I think I’ve been to the drive-in in 25-30 years. The Midway Drive-In in Ravenna had a triple feature of “Nightmare on Elm Street”, “Trick or Treat” (2007), and my favorite of the 3…”Scream”. Being the first time at the drive-in for so long, it seemed strange to be back, but it was a lot of fun.

Sunday we were going to go to the zoo. But after getting there, the parking lot was…well, a zoo. Apparently they were having a trick or treat event for kids as many families had little ones in costumes carrying bags to collect candy. So at this point, we turned right around and went up W 25th St to the Flats and spent the afternoon at the aquarium instead. It wasn’t outside like we had originally planned, but it was something to do anyway.
