Keith Urban is one of the biggest stars we’ve had in this new century.  He has also been one of our most versatile artists, especially at the start of his career. Much of his early run were real uptempo songs, that fans loved and just as importantly loved to watch him perform with passion, joy, and slick guitar work in concert.  This really powerful song was co-written by then an up and coming young artist, Sarah Buxton, and she recorded it on an early solo project.  But being honest, this song needed Urban.  The subject matter of this song is really male driven.  This remarkable song of his foolish treatment, leading to male regret of losing his very good woman, sung with extreme vulnerability by the heartthrob Urban made this a gigantic million selling #3 hit.  How this was not #1 is beyond me.  Urban is one of those artist that has so many hits over so many years, it’s hard to remember them all.  But fans remember this one, and they love this song.  In fact, it’s one of his fans most favorite songs.  Hard to think this is almost 20 year old.  A terrific example of the absolute perfect artist for a song.
