That’s The Way – JoDee Messina – 2000 – (Album – Burn)
In this era, it was really hard NOT to love Jo Dee Messina. Her energy, her song choices and her style was just captivating. This was a really big song, topping our charts for 5 weeks, and it fit her to a tee. I loved many of her songs, understanding she’ll always be remembered for Heads Carolina, Tails California, but this is my favorite JDM song. Feels good to hear it again.
