Moments – Emerson Drive – 2007 – (Album – Countrified)
When this song was out on its way to #1, one of the really funny things happened here at WQMX that I will not forget. A concert for about 50 listeners in our concert room, turned into a concert for about 500 after a computer error here invited 10 times as many people as we thought we did. They mostly all showed. We explained to Emerson Drive the situation, and they gladly put on about 7 different shows that day for as many as we could squeeze into our concert room at a time. PRO’s! Fans LOVED this song and it was a legit hit. This spoke and speaks directly to all of us. It was Grammy nominated and became their signature song. Over the years they charted many songs on the Canadian Charts as they were from there, but in the USA this was the zenith of their career. Although a couple years earlier I Should Be Sleeping and Fall Into Me, both went Top Ten. But this powerful song is loved!
