We Are Here!

It has been a trying few day to get to work with this winter storm bearing down on us, but this is what we do. We get to work. We make it work. We make it happen. We love being here. Live and local radio is a rare thing, but it is all we know. Are we committed, sure, but this is all we know. This is when are at our best. We want to make sure you have all the information you need to navigate through your day and provide a bit of entertainment as well.

The CMT Awards have a date...
Dolly loves Keith...

The date for the CMT Awards has been announced. The show will air live from Nashville's Municipal Auditorium and venues around the city on April 11th on CBS and Paramount Plus.
Nominees and more details will be announced soon. 

Dolly Parton has sung with a lot of people but there is still someone on her bucket list she'd like to duet with.
She says, "I love Keith Urban. I've always thought that he was one of the most talented and cutest guys in the world -- I'm not trying to hit on him..."
Dolly, who just came out with a line of cake mixes adds that she'd love to bake him a cake and then sit around singing songs.

Mickey Guyton is head to sing at the Big Game...
Lady A is officially Lady A...

Mickey Guyton will sing the national anthem at the Super Bowl.
The Super Bowl will air live on NBC on February 13th.

The legal battle between Lady A and singer Anita White, who is known professionally as Lady A, is over. The parties settled the lawsuit for an undisclosed amount. 
The group filed a lawsuit after the singer asked the band for $10 million. Singer Lady A filed a counter suit claiming trademark infringement and unfair competition. 
The suit was settled in federal court in Nashville earlier this week.
