Cole Swindell's mom passed away...
Dolly won an Emmy...

Cole Swindell's mother Betty passed away earlier this week. 
He announced her passing on social media while flying home to Georgia, saying- "Lost my sweet mom today. I know she's up there. Gonna miss her so much."
Cole's father, William, died unexpectedly in September of 2013.

Congratulations to Dolly Parton for winning an Emmy for Outstanding TV Movie for Christmas on the Square. This was Dolly's first ever Emmy win!
The movie also won for Outstanding Choreography for Scripted Programming. 
The Emmy Awards ceremony airs Sunday night on CBS.
