ACM performers...

Lainey Wilson is the ACM's New Female Artist of the Year and Parker McCollom is the ACM's New Male Artist of the Year. Miranda zoomed with them both late last week to give them the good news.

Lady A have been added to the list of performers for Monday's ACM Awards.
They join previously announced performers Dolly Parton with Kelsea Ballerini, Jason Aldean, Breland featuring Thomas Rhett, Kane Brown, Luke Bryan, Eric Church, Jordan Davis, Walker Hayes, Maren Morris, Brothers Osborne,  Brittney Spencer, Parmalee and Blanco Brown featuring Brooke Eden, Carly Pearce and Ashley McBryde, Thomas Rhett, Chris Stapleton, Carrie Underwood and Chris Young featuring Mitchell Tenpenny.
The 57th ACM Awards will stream on Amazon Prime Video tonight.

Choose to be optimistic, it feels better.

Over the weekend, I had the opportunity- along with some of the WQMX team, to attend the NEOPAT Gala. This is one of their biggest fundraising events of the year and they honor military members and their families.

There is not a dry eye in the house! I enjoy this so much for a bunch of reasons- I get to be a part of a worthwhile cause, I get to meet so many wonderful vets and service men and women and it is just a wonderful event.

We at the station have some wonderful things planned to raise money for NEOPAT this year, so stand by!

Carly Pearce is headed to the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame...
Tenille Arts nabbed a Juno nom...

Carly Pearce will be among the newest inductees into the Kentucky Music Hall of Fame. 
She says, “Kentucky is where I learned to love country music. From straight-up sass of The Judds and Patty Loveless or truly understanding Loretta Lynn’s heartache to the bluegrass tinge of Ricky Skaggs and Bill Monroe, their influences have driven my music.”
The ceremony will take place on October 28th.

Tenille Arts is up for Country Album of the Year for Girl to Girl at the Juno Awards in her home country of Canada. 
The awards will be given out on May 15th in Toronto.
