Dolly bows out...
Congratulations go out to Parker McCollum as he scored his second major-label chart topper with "To Be Loved By You," a song inspired by his bride-to-be, Hallie Ray Light.
Dolly Parton has withdrawn her name from the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ballot.
She wrote on social media, "Even though I'm extremely flattered and grateful, I don't feel that I've earned that right. I really do not want votes to be split because of me, so I respectfully bow out."
She added that she hopes to make a rock album and be reconsidered one day.
Dolly stands at fourth place in the Rock Hall's Fan Vote.
