Over the weekend we had our annual Vehicle Safety and Shredding Day. It was a total success! The cars lined up to get safety checks, you dropped of loads of documents to be shredded along with lots of electronics to be recycled.

It was great to be at a station event. To be around people and listeners, even with masks and being socially distant. We had almost 400 vehicles participate. We had 11, 334 pounds of paper shredded! I want to say a huge thank you to the Akron Police Department, the Summit County Sheriff's Department and the Ohio State Highway Patrol. The officers showed up and worked so diligently by checking the cars and doing a ton of heavy lifting. Thank YOU!
