The Akron Arts Expo has something fun for everyone! The event always takes place the fourth weekend in July at Hardesty Park. The Taste of Akron kicks things off on Thursday with samples of appetizers, entrees and desserts from a variety of area restaurants. Summer Uncorked on Friday offers over 150 wines from around the country, hors d’oeuvres, entertainment and a silent auction with artwork from the Akron Arts Expo artists. Saturday and Sunday the Akron Arts Expo will feature more than 160 juried artists, an interactive children’s area, live entertainment, a silent auction, great food and free parking and admission.
