There's only one left anywhere! And it's here in our backyard on State Rd in Cuyahoga Falls...I'm talking about Arthur Treacher's of course!
Over the holidays, my mom wanted to stop in for lunch since it had been quite a long time for both of us. I think one of those where you live so close, you almost forget to go. Anyway, we stopped in for lunch and are they doing the business! Even at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon, there was a steady stream of people coming in. They come from all over now, and you'll see people outside taking pictures to just say they've eaten at Arthur Treacher's.
Of course it was delicious! We feel lucky to have it so close to home...Good luck to them!

This one just dropped today: Renfield!
It looks like a modern vampire movie with the vampire’s familiar being the main character. Fun! I'm a huge fan of What We Do In The Shadows (show and movie) so I'm all for a cool new vampire flick filled with action. The cast also looks stacked, so excited to see Nic Cage as Dracula!
Check out the trailer for Renfield below!
Old Dominion has been teasing a new song on social media for a couple of weeks, and that new single is here!
"Memory Lane" was written by Matthew Ramsey with bandmates Trevor Rosen and Brad Tursi, as well as songwriter Jessie Jo Dillon, and is filled with nostalgia. They say the song is about living in your memory and going back to that spot where things were good, and wanting to live there because it just felt so good. It's not wanting to wake up from that dream of a happier time and not wanting to leave it and come back to reality.
The song ends up having a happy/sad vibe when the lyrics and the melody come together.

I live with a dog named Sif. Sif is a Shiba Inu. Shiba Inu's have 2 shedding seasons a year and it's just awful. It seems like no matter how much you brush the fluff just won't go away. I honestly just feel bad for her at this point, how do I remedy this? She doesn't seem to mind too much but it definitely looks like she's having an allergic reaction or something. We're going to take her to her first ever grooming appointment on Sunday to try and fix things. Wish us luck!
Since Scott and Sarah dropped their Top 5 Songs of 2022 This Morning. Might as well add my Top 5 too!

Ingrid Andress has announced her follow up to her #1 single "Wishful Drinking" with Sam Hunt. Ingrid says her new ballad "Feel Like This" is about "falling in love with a new person and it's happy and it's wholesome". She goes on to say that she wrote the song when she was falling in love with her current boyfriend, and she wrote it with Julia Michaels, who was also falling in love with her boyfriend at the same time, so it became a huge lovefest of a song.
This is the next single off of her latest album Good Person.
Wednesday is my mom's birthday. We'll just say she's retired and "mature" enough to collect social security ;). Including her, there are three people in my family who have birthdays within a couple weeks of Christmas/New Years. I AM NOT jealous of them for this...I would hate that! lol
Luckily for them we have always tried our best to distinguish between the holidays and their birthday.
We will be taking her out for dinner on Friday night - look for us...it's gettin' lit!!!
In many ways, I would not be where I am without her. <3
Maybe not if this is how you get the HARDY Guitar. When WWE hits Nashville you never know who is in and coming out of the crowd. Some hardcore fans thought it was Matt and/or Jeff Hardy former WWE Wrestlers back in action, but it was Michael HARDY.
