Morgan Wallen has been given another continuance in his hearing for the felony charges after he threw a chair from the rooftop of Eric Church's downtown Nashville bar. 
Following the April 7th incident, Morgan's initial hearing was scheduled for May 3rd. His legal counsel appeared on his behalf and a new hearing was set for August 15th. Now, the hearing has been moved to December 12th as Morgan heads overseas for the European leg of his tour. 
Morgan was originally charged with three felony counts of reckless endangerment and one misdemeanor of disorderly conduct.

Jason Aldean will open Jason Aldean's Kitchen and Bar on the Las Vegas strip this fall. He already has locations in Nashville and Pittsburgh.
