White Claw Wednesday. What can I say? I can start by saying, thank you for being a friend. Yes, the hard seltzer got me through 2020, but these Facebook lives, these fun recipes and chatting with all of you every week was really what was the most fun!

We've made so many frozen drinks, White Claw cakes, gummy bears, pancakes, sorbets, marinades, cranberry sauce, I mean the list is endless! The memories- priceless! Tonight, join me for a special thank you White Claw Wednesday video, and who knows what 2021 will bring. Maybe we will be able to hang out in person! Ha!

People has named its Top 10 Albums of 2020 and two artists with country roots made the list.
Taylor Swift's Folklore comes in at number-two and Cam's The Otherside takes the ninth spot. Dua Lipa's Future Nostalgia came in at #1.

Chris Lane’s single, "Big, Big Plans" is at number-one on the Mediabase country singles chart. This is his third #1.
This is turning out to be a big, big year for Chris who recently announced that he and wife Lauren Bushnell are expecting their first child together.

Tis the weather season for some warm chili! I was in the mood for some over the weekend, so I made a big pot!

For me, the key to a great chili is two ingredients- meat and beans. That's it.

The Warren likes tons of peppers and hot things, yadda yadda.

I start with about 3 pounds of ground beef, brown it up. In a huge pot, I add some hot and spicy V8, add the meat, add tons of beans- my motto is, the more beans the better. Yes, I add onions, a few stewed tomatoes and some seasoning and that's it.

Cook on low for hours, enjoy the smells, and then enjoy bowls of chili! Yes!

It's Bouillabaisse Day!

Charley Pride passed away over the weekend…

Charley Pride died Saturday due to complications to COVID-19. He was 86.
During his career, he scored 52 top ten hits and 30 number-one singles, including his biggest hit, "Kiss an Angel Good Mornin'," which topped the chart in 1971. That same year he won the CMA's Entertainer of the Year Award and the Male Vocalist of the Year Award.
He became a member of the Grand Ole Opry in 1993 and was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 2000. 
In November, he was honored with the Willie Nelson Lifetime Achievement Award from the Country Music Association.
He leaves behind his wife of nearly 64 years and three children.
