It's Chili Season!

Tis the weather season for some warm chili! I was in the mood for some over the weekend, so I made a big pot!

For me, the key to a great chili is two ingredients- meat and beans. That's it.

The Warren likes tons of peppers and hot things, yadda yadda.

I start with about 3 pounds of ground beef, brown it up. In a huge pot, I add some hot and spicy V8, add the meat, add tons of beans- my motto is, the more beans the better. Yes, I add onions, a few stewed tomatoes and some seasoning and that's it.

Cook on low for hours, enjoy the smells, and then enjoy bowls of chili! Yes!
