What's That Smell
If I'm going to smell like Busch Beer, I prefer the old fashion way... Spilling it all over myself.
I know the soap probably has one drop of beer in it, but an odor that smells like the 'Nectar of the Gods' seems interesting.

Meet My Dogs
I have two puppers. My Boy "Blue" is above. He is a real lazy boy because he is an old man...
He enjoys short walks, pettin's and has never met a meal he doesn't like to eat.
This is Moola.
She is a little sweetheart that likes to be the center of attention, but scares easily.
She likes chase, fetch and keeping watch. She usually is hunkered down beside her brother Blue until she sees a squirrel or anything that moves.
They are both rescues and our house would be real empty without them underfoot...

I don't know if his comedic timing would be as good as Leslie Nielsen's...

A Day At The Park
Remember when we could congregate? It was warm? If there wasn't a concert I could attend, to the ballpark I went.
We are so lucky to live, where we do, with so many Major League and Minor League Ballparks nearby.
Sure we are all critics! But the Big League Ball Players of tomorrow are playing right in our backyards.
When everything gets back to some kind of normal, I think we should cherish these ballparks more.

Lebron is Back?
Lebron is coming back to... Akron? Well at least not right now. Unless it is to visit family or the IPromise School.

Lebron is off Coke... Coca-Cola, that is...
After 17+ years of pitching one soft drink... The former Cav and now Laker has decided to take his talents elsewhere.
To PepsiCo. He is in line to push Mt. Dew in the near future. Pepsi has been the NBA's Official Sponsor since 2015.
It only makes sense that the best player, on the Planet or at least one of them, would be pushing the same brands.
My Food Is Watching Me
I don't know how your resolution is going. Mine is backwards... My food is watching me, instead of me watching my food.
By the numbers most people's resolution lasts 36 days.
In my head, that means, around The Big Game or Valentine's Day everything falls apart.
So next year, I may not make my resolution until then... Then I won't look so bad to my food.
Let's not talk about the drinks either....

My son doodles during homeschooling. If he is getting the work done, who am I to curb his creativity?
After a few days, I always make sure he didn't forget to turn something in to his teacher.
I looked and found this gem the other day.
Note: He has never seen the movie!
I approached him with picture in hand. I said, "Buddy is...." he stopped me dead.
He replied "Isn't it funny it's RAINBOW instead of Rambo..." and just belly laughed.

2021
As you are probably well aware we have missed a lot of great events.
Yeah, we're all pretty sad about that here at WQMX.
Dr. Fauci said the other day that "concert venues and theaters could open Fall 2021."
We are all looking for little victories, that light at the end of the tunnel...
To stand up like Lloyd Christmas (Jim Carey) in Dumb and Dumber... "So you're telling me there's a chance."
St. Patricks Day doesn't look like that light or chance. Akron's St. Patrick's Parade was canceled. There was talk of a half way parade in September. Which may be better weather.
This week we did get some good news. Akron is moving forward with their in-person race and Marathon Schedules.
