The Luke Bryan: Dirt Road Diary exhibit opens May 22nd at Nashville’s Country Music Hall of Fame and

 Museum. Items on display include Luke’s Little League baseball uniform, handwritten lyrics to “I See You,”

 stage props from hisSpring Breakconcerts and official stage clothes.

Brett Michaels' new country-flavored album, True Grit, features Loretta Lynn on a version of his Poison hit, "Every Rose Has Its Thorn."

The idea for the collaboration was born last Thanksgiving. Brett spent time with Loretta and her family at

 her ranch in Tennessee. 

Rascal Flatts and Jimmy Buffet are among the stars who also appear on the album.

Zac Brown Band's Jekyll and Hyde is the nation's top-selling album.

It moved 228,000 units in its first week out.

Tyler Farr's sophomore album, Suffer in Peace, comes in second in the country rankings in its first

 week out. Reba McEntire's Love Somebody, which has held the number-one position for the last 
few weeks, falls to number-three.

Jana Kramer has joined the indie musical Country Crush.

The drama follows a city girl who meets a boy on her way to a party in the country.

 He returns with her to New York City where her music career is beginning to flourish, 

and their romance continues. 

Jana will play the young wife and mother Katherine Bishop. She is also set to release her 

second album this summer. 

Tim McGraw looks to be headed to the small screen. According to Deadline.com, he's signed on as star 

and executive producer of the crime drama Robbers on TNT.

The series is based on a book of the same name written by Christopher Cook. Tim would play Ray Bob, 

who's described as the worst of the worst. The story centers on a cop and two buddies who set off a 

crime spree in Texas and get involved in a love triangle along the way. 

No word yet on when the series will launch.

Congrats to Dierks Bentley for nabbing the #1 spot on the Mediabase Country singles 

chart this week with ‘Say You Do.’ 

The single is the fourth release from his “Riser” album and the third to hit #1, following ‘I Hold On,’ 

and ‘Drunk On a Plane.’ ‘Say You Do’ is Dierks’ 13th career #1. 

Randy Houser is engaged! He announced his engagement to Tatiana Starzyzski, 

who is the sister-in-law of songwriter Dallas Davidson, who penned Randy’s hit ‘Runnin’ Out of Moonlight.’

 No word on a wedding date.

Music’s Top Earner’s of 2014 were listed by Billboard recently, and country was very 

well represented! The rankings were based on sales, streaming, publishing and touring. 

Country artists making the top 10 included Luke Bryan at #6 with $25 million, 

George Strait at #8 with 22.5 million and Jason Aldean at #10 with 20.2 million.

Other country artists listed are Taylor Swift, Zac Brown Band, Eric Church, Blake Shelton, 

Florida Georgia Line, Brad Paisley and Rascal Flatts. Number 1- if you were wondering goes to 

One Direction with $46 million.
