The first round of performers has been announced for the CMT Awards.
So far, Bailey Zimmerman, Jelly Roll, Keith Urban, Lainey Wilson and Sam Hunt will be taking the stage. And it seems likely that host Kelsea Ballerini will also perform during the event as well.
The CMT Awards air live from Austin, Texas April 7th on CBS. 

And speaking of Kelsea, we've seen hints of new music her social media but details have been unknown. Recently, she said while she's still holding back on specifics, she does say that it will be a country album. She also said that her next project will reflect where she is now.
