Jelly Roll has settled a copyright-infringement lawsuit with a Philadelphia area "party band" named Jellyroll -- with no space in their name.
According to the band's leader the legal action has been withdrawn. Jellyroll band will continue to use its name, but no other settlement details have been disclosed.
The band filed the suit in April, claiming that potential clients had difficulty finding them after Jelly Roll's rise to fame pushed them further down the Google search.
