Maren Morris says her new album is almost done…
Jason Aldean talks about working with Miranda Lambert…

Maren Morris has laid down the vocals for her sophomore album. That means the finished record could be coming soon.
It has been more than two years since Maren released her debut album,  and she says we can expect to hear the first single off her sophomore album in a couple months.
She shared some more details about the project, including that there will be two collaborations, as well as that the new album contains her favorite tune that she's ever written -- a song about girls.
Maren will be at Blossom with Niall Horan on August 29th.

Jason Aldean wanted Miranda Lambert to sing with him on his album, Rearview Town, but she didn't love the first song he sent her.
He said, "I had a song in mind and I sent it to her. She was kind of iffy and I said, 'Hey listen, if you don't like it that's cool. I want you to love whatever we do. I've got this other thing I'll send you and see if you like it better.' So I sent her 'Drowns the Whiskey' and she loved that song."
The rest is history because "Drowns the Whiskey" is already a Top 5 hit.

Brett Young scores his 4th #1…
Jason Aldean and his wife are expecting a baby girl…

Brett Young has a lot to celebrate this week, now that he has his fourth consecutive number-one.
"Mercy" is at the top of the Mediabase Country Airplay chart this week, and it remains at the top of the Billboard Country Airplay chart for the second week. Also, this makes Brett the only current debut country artist to score four chart-toppers on the Mediabase Country chart.

Jason Aldean and his wife Brittany are expecting a girl! The couple took to social media to share a super cute video of Jason's two older daughters hitting baseballs to reveal pink powder exploding.
